We guarantee our work to be of the highest caliber. If you feel you installation did not get completed correctly, completely, or as you envisioned you must call or email support@niceguystvmountings.com as soon as you find something wrong. This would be extremely rare as we are very thorough in spending time showing you the install and how everything works. We take pride in making sure everything is fully tested and operational before we leave. This is something we have you check off with us. If you are having a issue with your setup we can normally troubleshoot over email, the phone, for free. If that doesn't work and an in home visit is required a $99.99 trip charge may be assessed if fault is not found with original installation.
Example: You are not getting a signal on the TV. You contact us. We were not able to troubleshoot successfully over the phone for whatever reason. We come out and the TV is on the wrong input. We will attempt to fix. A trip charge would be assessed in this situation. As the system had been working the entire time. Most likely a child or someone changed the input on the TV on accident.
Example 2: You didn't notice the day of the install but now that you have had time to play with it you notice 2 months later that the TV and Blu Ray did’nt get hooked up to the wifi. Somehow this got left off for whatever reason. You call us and we come out and determine that yes, for some reason these did’nt get hooked up to the internet. Snowmaggedon happened again or something (: P). Either way, we dropped the ball. We would come out and hook them both up to the internet and get your apps set up. No charge.
