We help you choose the TV and prepare the full project estimate. You can review the equipment and services together before approving the plan.
Confirm access and survey needs
During your free virtual estimate, we confirm whether a site survey is needed. For TVs 97 inches and larger, it is required when we supply, deliver or transport the TV. If the TV is already in its installation room, a separate survey may not be needed. When applicable, the survey follows approval of your complete project estimate and comes before we schedule moving the TV.
Order your TV and schedule delivery and installation
Once your project is approved and any applicable survey confirms suitability, we collect a 50% deposit before ordering. We order your TV and equipment, then coordinate delivery and installation in one appointment. Timing depends on product availability, equipment availability and crew readiness.
Sit back—we handle the TV
We provide the appropriate crew, generally three or four Nice Guys depending on the TV and installation. Our Sit Back and Relax Guarantee means you never have to lift or help handle the TV.

We complete installation, wire concealment and setup according to your quoted scope. Then we show you how to use your new setup confidently—and finish with a friendly high five.
A practical plan for a very large delivery
Giant TV Access & Site Survey (97+)
$199.99
For TVs 97 inches and larger, a $199.99 site survey is required when we’re supplying, delivering or transporting the TV, including pickup from another retailer. If your TV is already in the room where it will be installed, a separate survey may not be needed. We’ll confirm during your free virtual estimate.
The survey fee is credited toward your order when you purchase the TV and installation from Nice Guys. For TVs purchased elsewhere, the survey fee is not credited toward installation.

Keep your TV purchase and installation with one team. We plan the route, equipment and crew around your specific TV and home, then coordinate delivery and installation for the same appointment.
Tell us about stairs, tight turns, your preferred wall and anything unusual about access. You do not need to figure out how to move a giant TV yourself.
We will explain the quoted wire-concealment and setup work, and help you understand how to use your equipment before we leave.

Do I need to choose the TV before I contact you?
No. The free virtual estimate is a good place to start. Tell us about your room, viewing habits and budget, or share the exact model you are considering. We will help you narrow down the options.
Will a 97-inch or larger TV fit through my home?
If we are supplying, delivering or transporting a TV 97 inches or larger, the $199.99 survey checks its exact packaged dimensions against the unloading route, doorways, turns, room access and unboxing space. This includes retailer pickup and moving a TV from elsewhere on your property into its intended room. If it is already in that room, a separate survey may not be needed. We will confirm during your free virtual estimate.
When do I pay the deposit and order the TV?
First we prepare a complete project estimate around your needs and budget. After your approval and any applicable survey, we collect a 50% deposit before ordering your TV and equipment. We coordinate delivery and installation in one appointment once availability and access are confirmed.
Is the survey fee extra, or does it come off my order?
The survey fee is credited toward your order when you purchase the TV and installation from Nice Guys. For TVs purchased elsewhere, the survey fee is not credited toward installation. We confirm whether the $199.99 survey is needed during your free virtual estimate.
Can you install a TV I bought somewhere else?
Yes. Tell us the exact model and where the TV is now. For TVs 97 inches and larger, the survey is required if we pick it up from a retailer or transport it to the installation room—even if it is already at your property. If the TV is already in the room where it will be installed, a separate survey may not be needed. We will confirm during your free virtual estimate. For a TV purchased elsewhere, the survey fee is not credited toward installation.
Can you hide the wires and connect my other equipment?
We will review the wall, cable route and existing equipment and include the agreed work in your estimate. Wire concealment, connections and setup depend on what is possible in your home and the quoted scope.
Do I need to help carry or lift the TV?
No. Our Sit Back and Relax Guarantee means you never have to lift or help handle the TV. We plan the crew and equipment for the job, generally using three or four Nice Guys depending on the TV and installation.
How soon can you deliver and install?
We confirm timing after reviewing your project, required access checks and product availability. Delivery and installation are scheduled together once the equipment and appropriate crew are ready. We do not promise a delivery date before those details are confirmed.
